Generally, if you want to rent an apartment in HK, you have to sign the contract which limits your stay at least three months or more. Then you have to setup new telephone line and electronic; buy daily products include TV, bed, desk, and much more.

However, if you choose us, the above troubles will not happen to you since all of them are built-in already! There is no contract you have to sign up but you must have valid passport.
