Payment conditions:
- Deposit payment is required for bookings. Please contact us to confirm the availability and price before making deposit.
- The below deposit are only pre-set amount for each room type, and they do not mean the exact room rent of your booking, please refer to our email/phone price reference.
- Deposit payment MUST be made within 48hrs after we sent you the email (confirmed the availability); Otherwise the room will not be available even the payment is made! Please DO NOT make the deposit if you reply to this payment later than 48hrs. Send us an email to double check the availability.
- For those reservation date request less than 3days, please refer the deposit time limit mentioned in email (e.g. 2hrs to 12hrs.).
- We Do Not accept Paypal's E-check payment ("Bank account direct debit").
- Please select your room type and confirm the payment carefully.
- * ALL online payment (booking deposit, pick up fee & special arrangement) is NON-Cash-Refundable, terms & conditions are as:
^ Cancellation made in 14days before arrival date (12noon, HK time), you can choose to have Half-payment refund (to creditcard directly, but must be within 30days after payment made) or full deposit for next visit in 6moths. * About US$2 maybe charged by paypal system as service charge (refund fees).
^ Cancellation made in 72hours before arrival date (12noon, HK time), full deposit is valid for new booking within 6months.
^ Cancellation made in 48hours before arrival date (12noon, HK time), full deposit is valid for new booking within 1month.
^ Cancellation made in less than 24hours before arrival date (12noon, HK time), forfeit the full amount.
* "Cancellation made" means that written confirmation (email/fax/letter, excludes SMS) is verified and confirmed by our staff only.
** Due to peak season allocation, ALL bookings for April, July, October and December must have 10days extra (addition to above notice time) cancellation or amendment notice. (for example, your confirmed check in date is 10-OCT, in order to have refund or save the deposit, you must notice the cancellation on or before 30-sept; otherwise, all payment is forfeited.)
- Booking date amendment is allowed for the limit of 5 times only.
- Booking amendment policy is (for the deposit refund) treated as the same as Cancellation - at least 24hrs early notice.
- All reservation is confirmed only after the payment is verified. You will receive a payment receipt by Paypal.com and booking reference from Dragon Hostel.
- If you are not Paypal.com user, you can make the payment by filling the credit card information. It is NOT necessary to register the Paypal account.
- Make sure that you understand the above payment policies before you confirmed the deposit.
